Mama Café: Brainfood & Community for the first 300 Weeks

Led by Manda Aufochs Gillepie, The Green Mama, and Malik Turley of Hip Circle Studio, this is an interactive group that provides support and community for parents or expectant parents pursuing healthy lifestyles, breastfeeding, or who are just health and eco-curious. Weekly topics include breastfeeding myth busting, easy ways to green your pregnancy, and better nutrition for mom, baby, and the whole family.  Babies welcome.

November 19: Feeding families better, better nutrition for moms and the whole family

December 3: Breastfeeding and nutrition when you go back to work.

December 10: Making movement and health a habit. Dress to move! Farewell dinner.
