Malik’s belly dance classes are a wonderful way to find your groove in terms of artistry, athleticism and dance. I always have a good time, whether I’m belly dancing, zumbaing or any other activity that Malik teaches. Belly dance is a great way to get back into shape and build your confidence in others forms of dance and physical exercise. The music is fun as well.
Bellydance II
Like Continuing Bellydance, this class will feature choreography.
This class meets in semesters (fall, spring, and summer), allowing the group of students more time to learn to work with each other and learn more complex choreography.
Please dress in comfortable, standard workout attire and get ready to move! Props (veil, zills, and balancing items) may be used, so bring them if you have them. Props will be made available for purchase (cash or check) as dictated by the choreography.
