I have been taking belly dance classes from Malik through the duration of my pregnancy with my third child, as well as before and after. I found bellydance to be a good way to enjoy and embrace being a woman, as well as confidence building. It was a great workout to ease my aches and pains as my belly grew during my pregnancy & extremely helpful in my post partum recovery.

Tips for continuing the fun at home will be included to help you build up your strength and get you into a healthy exercise routine.
