Body TUNEing will help you tone your muscles, strengthen your heart, and increase flexibility,  all while maintaining a strong sense of humor.  Singing through squats, bopping through bicep curls, and caroling through crunches, you'll use the power of high reps to define your core, arms, legs in a way you won't find in any gym. 

Combining cardio and strength training, this class shows you how to build a healthy body among friends, and every class ends with a long stretch sequence to improve flexibility.  Tips for continuing the fun at home will be included to help you build up your strength and get you into a healthy exercise routine. 

Modifications can be provided for many health or fitness concerns.
