I have been taking belly dance classes from Malik through the duration of my pregnancy with my third child, as well as before and after. I found bellydance to be a good way to enjoy and embrace being a woman, as well as confidence building. It was a great workout to ease my aches and pains as my belly grew during my pregnancy & extremely helpful in my post partum recovery.

CardioBelly is a perfect complement to any of our bellydance classes, or can be taken as a fun way to get some fitness into your routine. You'll have the time to hone in on each move, gaining the ability to really make the moves your own. No choreography, no props, just dancing. Appropriate for all levels. Recommended for all dancers in Hip Circle Studio classes.
