CardioBelly

Build your dance skills one move at a time and work up a sweat in the process!  CardioBelly is a perfect complement to any of our bellydance classes, or can be taken as a fun way to get some fitness into your routine.  You'll have the time to hone in on each move, gaining the ability to really make the moves your own. No choreography, no props, just dancing.  Appropriate for all levels.  Recommended for all dancers in Hip Circle Studio classes.
