I've been dancing with Malik for almost 4 years. She is an excellent teacher and time flies by when you are in class with her. Malik makes the class environment warm and enjoyable. I look forward to dancing with her for many more years.
Family Zumba!
Dance is ageless, and fitness should be, too. Zumba is too fun to leave anyone at home, so come and party, family style!
Pre-walkers are welcome when worn in a baby carrier/sling, toddlers and their parents get front-row spaces, and all other mamas, papas, and children round out the room. Sounds like a crazy-fun time, right? This is family fitness the way it should be! Even better, there's no charge for your kids (under 18) so this party won't break the family bank!
The choreography included will be suitable for all ages/stages and will be sure to help you work up a sweat.
Water & standard workout attire recommended for all. Gym shoes recommended for all but the babies.
