FitBreak - 30 minutes of wellness for women

We all know the recommendation – adults should get 30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise in on most days of the week to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  Are you meeting that goal?  FitBreak will help! 

Pop in to Hip Circle Studio over your lunch break or before heading into work and guarantee you meet your goal at least 2 times a week!  Each session, taught by a certified exercise professional, will combine cardio and strength training and will get your heart working but keep you from being too sweaty to easily return to the rest of your day.

Come in standard workout attire (or bring it with and change when you get here) and remember your gym shoes.  Be on-time as, weather permitting, we may take our workout on the road.
