Malik’s belly dance classes are a wonderful way to find your groove in terms of artistry, athleticism and dance. I always have a good time, whether I’m belly dancing, zumbaing or any other activity that Malik teaches. Belly dance is a great way to get back into shape and build your confidence in others forms of dance and physical exercise. The music is fun as well.

This version of our popular Body TUNEing class is tailored to your needs during pregnancy and is taught with your safety in mind. Consult your doctor before starting any new exercise during pregnancy and make the most of each trimester!
Prenatal Body TUNEing will help you tone your muscles, strengthen your heart, and increase flexibility, all while maintaining a strong sense of humor. Singing through squats, bopping through bicep curls, and caroling through crunches, you'll use the power of high reps to define your core, arms, legs in a way you won't find in any gym.
Combining cardio and strength training, this class shows you how to build a healthy body among friends, and every class ends with a long stretch sequence to improve flexibility. Tips for continuing the fun at home will be included to help you build up your strength and get you into a healthy exercise routine.
