Viniyoga for Dancers

Use Viniyoga (developed by Gary Kraftsow & popularized by Rachel Brice) to stretch and strengthen, or to improve your dance skills!  This gentle, flowing style of yoga is great for women at all stages of fitness.

LaGenia Bailey will be your instrucor, and she comes to the studio with over 10 years of teaching experience.  She has been studying Viniyoga since 2004 and has completed both Advanced Teacher Training and Yoga Therapy Training with Gary Kraftsow.

Please bring a yoga mat with you to class and wear clothing that will move with you throughout the poses practiced.  The class will be conducted barefoot, and water is recommended.  Any props needed will be provided at the studio.
