I’ve been dancing and working out with Malik since my 2nd grader was in diapers! She is not only a great dancer in her own right, but also one of the best teachers I have ever encountered, both for dance and straight up fitness (Zumba!). She just makes it fun to move.

Registration for the full session (4 weeks) is strongly encouraged as for this age group the class gets better as they get used to the routine. Drop-ins are also welcome.
